BIVOUACING NIGHT FRI 19th to SAT 20st NOVEMBER 2021

Meet at HQ on Friday – 6:30pm – Scouts should be fed (proper meal). They will cook in the evening but much later.

They should be ready for collection at Laleham at approximately 11.30 am on Saturday (If required, by arrangement, Scouts can be collected earlier by parents)

WE NEED parents help to take and collect scouts from camp.

We need parents to come to the Scout Hut at 6:30pm, we put kit into cars and drive to site.

We need parents to collect from site at about 10:00am on Saturday. Load up the cars, back to Laleham to unpack.

I will take most of equipment for the event. Parents are needed to take and collect scouts, their equipment and a small amount of kit.

A kit list and permission form are available on the web site.

The permission form is needed BEFORE the event as copies need to be made. Home contact for the camp is Barry.
